Refund Policy

1. Free trial
Every Deskmira subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial from your billing page and you will not be charged.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to Deskmira until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days of the billing period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access for the full annual term.
4. Exceptional circumstances
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged after cancelling and confirmation of cancellation can be verified.
- You were billed twice for the same billing period due to a system error.
- The service was materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end (excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance).
- Required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@deskmira.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Booking deposits
Booking deposits collected from your clients flow directly to your own Stripe account. Deskmira does not process or hold these funds. Refund decisions for client booking deposits are entirely at the discretion of each med spa and are governed by that spa’s own refund policy with their clients.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at hello@deskmira.com before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved within 24 hours. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Deskmira after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
